Steps to fix Officejet 3830 Printer Offline Error

  1. First, Remove Power plugin from the printer 3830 and wait for 15 second and use printer offline.
  2. Now, Unplug the power cable from the Officejet 3830.
  3. Switch off your desktop either windows or mac.
  4. Now, reconnect the power cable with rear of the HP Printer.
  5. Restart the wireless access point, for connectivit...

Printer Offline error on the desktop screen shows that it failed to communicate with HP Officejet 3830 Ofline  printer.
